Channel Manager Partner (m/f)

Job description

Staffbase is seeking an ambitious, passionate, and talented Channel Manager to scale our revenue. As a Staffbase Channel Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to recruit, empower, and grow our Staffbase Partner Network. Staffbase partners consist of creative and innovative consulting firms, systems integrators, intranet consultant agencies, and other specialists in the field of internal communications. You'll be responsible for executing a strategy for acquiring and nurturing a large number of partners around the world as well as managing strong relationships with our existing partners. Since our Channel Managers work with parties across the globe, supporting them in acquiring new customers, strong English-language skills are a must for this position. 


Your tasks include:

  • Managing the Staffbase partner program, including generating new pipeline and quarterly Sales Results with existing resellers while identifying, developing, and managing new partners

  • Coordinating all activities and communications between partners and customers as well as sales executives and account managers

  • Assisting in the development and delivery of sales, technical, and process training materials to ensure that partners are well equipped to effectively market, position, and sell our Staffbase App

  • Assisting in the creation of partner-specific marketing

  • Providing outstanding service to our partners with prompt and value-adding interactions via telephone, email, and live chat

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate with partners and internal stakeholders; e.g., Sales, Development, and Account Management

  • You are a team player, with strong networking and communication skills

  • Excellent English-language skills

  • Pride in building sustainable partner relationships

  • Experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS startups is a plus

  • Technical affinity

  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a dynamic, motivated self-starter

  • Hands-on mentality
