Job description

At Staffbase, good marketing means offering outstanding content that squarely addresses the needs of our audience. So far, we did so through blog articles, whitepapers,  webinars and our inhouse events. We now take it a step further by building our very own educational video marketing platform.


The goal is to build a loyal audience through educational and inspirational video content coupled with orchestrated social media campaigns - and you can be at the center of it! As the Content Marketing Manager Social Media, you are the driver and go-to person for content marketing through social media channels namely YouTube, LinkedIn, Xing, and Facebook.


Your tasks include:

  • You create a video content roadmap in collaboration with Staffbase leadership and the content team.

  • You help defining a channel strategy for all above mentioned social media channels.

  • You build our YouTube channel by researching hot topics, reaching out to influencers and organising onsite video sessions.

  • You build relationships and trust in our brand through active participation in industry groups and forums.

  • As our ambassador in social groups, you listen attentively to the topics being discussed and help us to better understand our audience for better content and products.

  • You work sight-by-side with content creators and channel managers to plan and execute orchestrated cross-channel campaigns.

Requirements

  • Ideally, a college degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Science or foreign languages.
  • Very good command of German and English written language.

  • High interest in social media marketing and content marketing approaches.

  • Initial experience with social media marketing and video creation either during an internship, working student engagement or your first job is a big plus

  • Passion for learning, creativity and “figuring things out”.
