Our account managers are the heart and soul of our customer relationships. They are in constant contact with our customers, and their deep product knowledge ensures the success of the app, especially during the initial onboarding phase (but continuing throughout the ongoing years).
Your tasks include:
Supporting our customers through the onboarding phase of the Staffbase app. During this phase you are in constant contact with our customers, supporting them at every step to implement their own app.
Depending on customer requirements, this position requires close cooperation with other teams, such as development and marketing.
As soon as a customer’s app goes live, it is your responsibility to check account analytics regarding retention and user KPIs and, if required, offering help in the form of best practices and expert guidance and therefore contribute to the success of our customer’s app.
In cooperation with our customer care team, you support our customers by offering assistance to a multitude of requests.
At least 2 years of experience in project management or consulting in the B2B context
Excellent communication skills and a knack for dealing with customers
German and English spoken and written
Ideally experience with intranets, internal communication, or strategic HR processes
