Your tasks include:

Our account managers are at the heart of our customer relationships. They are in constant contact with our customers and they ensure the success of the app, especially during the initial onboarding phase, but continuing in the ongoing years.


We offer free coffee/tea/cold drinks and host frequent social events, and once a week we provide a free communal lunch. Every employee has a yearly budget of 1,000€ + 1 work day for a personal development event of your choice (attending a conference, taking an online course, hosting a hackathon, etc.) or a 1,800€ budget to work from our New York office for a couple of days/weeks. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or consulting in the B2B context
  • Experience with intranets, internal communication, or strategic HR processes
  • Project management in customer projects
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for dealing with customers
  • German and English spoken and written
  • Technical affinity
