Junior Customer Care Agent (m/f) - Germany

Job description

Consisting of tech consultants and customer care agents, the Customer Care team is focussed on helping the customer with all his inquiries to make sure they will be happy customers at end of the day. With deep product knowledge we are directly in contact with the customer and internally with all the other teams, primary Development and our Account Management. 


Your tasks include:

  • Provide outstanding service to our clients via prompt and value-adding interactions over phone, email and livechat
  • Take ownership of support tickets and be responsible for funneling them through all process stages until a resolution has been reached
  • Creating and filling fancy demo materials of product which will be presented by our sales team - creativity will win!

Every employee has a yearly budget of 1,000€ + 1 work day for a personal development event of your choice (attending a conference, taking an online course, hosting a hackathon, etc.) or a 1,800€ budget to work from our New York office for a couple of days/weeks.   • Ability to actively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, e.g. Sales, Development and Account Management
  • General understanding how HTML/CSS works
  • Ideally you have experience with live chats
  • Excellent English skills
