Thousands of leads visit our website every month and get in touch with us through downloadable content, demo requests, chat and more. Taking up an interdisciplinary role between marketing and sales, a Lead Response Representative takes our precious inbound leads and turns them into a steady stream of opportunities for the sales pipeline.

Your tasks include:

  • Review, qualify and track all inbound leads generated via our website and various marketing campaigns

  • With your passion for our product, inspire and educate leads by phone or e-mail

  • Take care of our website visitors, respond to their chat messages, and refine the approach that attracts visitors to start a web conversation

  • Set up follow-up appointments and calls with our Account Executives

  • Work closely together with our marketing heads to develop a smooth lead response process that generates pipeline in a sustainable and predictable way

Requirements

  • You have a strong interest in marketing and sales, customer service or similar communication positions (experience in the B2B sector is a plus)

  • You feel motivated by the thought of rolling up your sleeves to educate our inbound leads, provide them with great content, and give them a strong impression of Staffbase

  • You show great curiosity about software products and you are comfortable working with them

  • You are able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively

  • You can express yourself effectively on the phone and by e-mail, in German and English

  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills

  • You are a team player and celebrate the success of your Staffbase fellows as much as your own
