Your tasks include:

We work with large organizations of 10,000 or more employees. Our Partner Managers work with our partners in Germany, Europe, and the rest of the world, and support them in acquiring new customers. The Partner Manager accompanies our (potential) partners throughout the entire process, from a detailed product demonstration to sales to the end customer. You will be part of an international team targeting our fast growing core markets all over the word.

We offer free coffee/tea/cold drinks and host frequent social events, and once a week we provide a free communal lunch. Every employee has a yearly budget of 1,000€ + 1 work day for a personal development event of your choice (attending a conference, taking an online course, hosting a hackathon, etc.) or a 1,800€ budget to work from our New York office for a couple of days/weeks. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partner management, B2B sales or account management
  • Ideally experience in the internal communication or HR market
  • Depending on the target market, excellent German and/or English language skills
  • Pleasure in building sustainable partner relationships
  • Great if you have experience in fast growing B2B SaaS startups
  • Technical affinity
