Staffbase's People Experience team is responsible for all operational and strategic issues in an international context. As a Recruitment and Employee Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for the employee growth at our Dresden office. You represent the company at events and build up a large network around Dresden. Even after onboarding, you will take care of all employees and organize team events, take over office management and be the local contact person.

 

Your tasks include:

  • Use your network and attract many talents in Dresden, especially in the IT sector
  • You take part in many events and establish our employer brand in the field of professionals and students

  • Support new employees during their onboarding and act as a reliable contact person for all employees

  • Organize team events and create a great atmosphere in the office

  • You're taking over operational duties: basic data administration, support the preparation of payroll, make sure our employees stay happy and satisfied

We offer free coffee/tea/cold drinks and host frequent social events, and once a week we provide a free communal lunch. Every employee has a yearly budget of 1,000€ + 1 work day for a personal development event of your choice (attending a conference, taking an online course, hosting a hackathon, etc.) or a 1,800€ budget to work from our New York office for a couple of days/weeks. Your package also includes a MacBook Air and an external monitor, as well as a Apple keyboard and a mouse.

 

Requirements

  • Deep experience (minimum 2-3 years) in hiring IT experts and professionals

  • Experience in working with recruitment agencies and headhunters

  • Experience and creativity in building an attractive employer brand image

  • Strong interest in IT products, startup environment and agile HR

  • Strong communication skills both in German and English

  • You’re a team player and have a lot of energy and motivation
