Staffbase is a fast-growing technology startup transforming the way that companies communicate with their employees through the world’s first employee experience platform. Founded in 2014 in Germany and backed by renowned investors, we’ve reached 75 happy employees with offices in Chemnitz, Dresden, and New York. We operate in an open and meritocratic code of culture.

Our growing list of customers worldwide includes the likes of Adidas, the NBA, Hilton and Audi. To keep up our momentum, we’re expanding to new locations, mastering new industries, and hiring new employees this year!


We just launched our US business last year, so it’s an exciting time as we tackle a multibillion dollar market. We take our goals seriously, but not ourselves! You might find us spending hours at the whiteboard as often as you’d find us taking a long lunch in the park. We’re looking to bring on board enthusiastic, intellectually curious teammates who will evolve with us on this journey. You’d be among the first 10 employees, so consider this a chance to be a founding member of the US team.


What you will accomplish:

  • Find potential customers and contacts who are worth starting a conversation with
  • Actively help the team to identify prospect pain points and design optimized outbound content
  • Analyze data in order to gain new insights and ensure continuous improvement
  • Assist with outbound marketing efforts to reach new customers and industries

  • Serve as the spark plug for our sales engine and drive potential customers to take the next step with us

About the role:

  • Full-time paid internship in NYC

  • Eight-week minimum


  • You have a strong interest or experience in sales, customer service, or similar communication positions, ideally in the B2B sector

  • You enjoy working with technology

  • You are enthusiastic about building relationships and working with people

  • You can express yourself clearly on the phone and over email
