Your mission? As an Account Executive, you will benefit from inbound leads as well as partner with Sales Development Representatives to research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify opportunities. You will present our Staffbase solution and successfully sell the Staffbase value proposition. Target clients will largely consist of mid-sized to large enterprises.


Your tasks

  • You will pitch our product and advise our prospects on site, supported by a Solution Engineer.

  • You will become an expert in the field of employee communication, employee experience and engagement strategies.

  • You work closely together with your Sales Development Representative in a kind of senior/ junior relationship.

  • Together you will maintain a full pipeline.

  • You will establish relationships with new customers and then pass on to account managers to ensure continued success.  


Requirements

Your profile

  • You have five to ten years of relevant work experience in the field of enterprise B2B sales, ideally operating within a web technology or innovative online product environment in a startup environment.

  • A bachelor´s degree and a sales training certification is a plus.

  • You bring experience in working with communications teams, HR and executives.

  • You offer tons of passion, humour, and enthusiasm.

  • You have superior communications and closing skills.You have excellent English language skills.
