We are seeking Customer Care Agents to join our team! This role can be based in any of our European offices and we offer a full-time permanent contract.

 

Your tasks include:

  • Provide outstanding service to our customers 
  • Daily interactions with our customers over phone, email and live-chat
  • Open support tickets and funnel them to the person responsible 
  • Guide customer through the process stages until a resolution has been reached

Requirements

  • Experience in customer facing environments
  • You are a people person and like to solve problems
  • Good computer skills and interested working in a fast-moving Start-up environment
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • Good English and German knowledge
