Customer Care Agent (part-time possible)

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Agent to join the team. This position can be hired part-time with a permanent contract and the person to join should ideally be based in Chemnitz. Consisting of Tech Consultants and Customer Care Agents, the Customer Care team is focussed on assisting with all kinds of inquiries to ensure our customers’ ongoing satisfaction. With our deep product knowledge, we are in direct contact with our customers as well as all other internal teams—but primarily development and account management.

 

Your tasks include:

  • Provide outstanding service to our clients via prompt and value-adding interactions over phone, email and livechat
  • Take ownership of support tickets and be responsible for funnelling them through all process stages until a resolution has been reached
  • Creating and filling fancy demo materials of product which will be presented by our sales team - creativity will win!

Requirements

  • Ability to actively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, e.g. Sales, Development and Account Management
  • General understanding how HTML works
  • Experience in customer facing environments
  • Ideally experience with Zendesk or similar ticket system
  • Fluent in English and German
