We are currently hiring for an experienced EMEA Recruiter to join the People Experience team. You will provide outstanding candidate experience and act a business partner to our hiring managers in any recruitment related topics. Together with your colleagues you will enable your recruitment and sourcing skills to attract best talent to join our growing company!

Your tasks include:

  • Full-cycle recruitment mainly for roles in the departments Customer, Marketing and Operations

  • Keep our application tracking system (Recruitee, soon Greenhouse) up-to-date

  • Use sourcing techniques to reach out to passive candidates on several social media platforms

  • Engage active and passive candidates using effective messaging skills

  • Provide excellent candidate experience from the day they apply until you close the role

  • Think of creative ways to make Staffbase visible on the market and in regions we are operating

  • Work on projects related to employer branding, candidate experience, interview trainings etc.


  • 2+ years of working experience in an in-house recruiting team ideally in a fast growing SaaS environment
  • Strong interest in active sourcing and employee acquisition

  • Experience in startup environment, tech recruiting and agile HR is a plus

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • You’re a team player and self-motivator with great social skills

  • Studies in the field of economics with major in Human Resources is a plus
