We are currently hiring a Head of Sales to join us to grow the Benelux/Nordics market. In the beginning, your key responsibilities would be to build a brand new team in a brand new region. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced and very hands-on Sales Leader to help us to grow our business!


This position needs to be based in our beautiful office in the center of Amsterdam.


Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the Benelux/Nordics region and develop the go-to-market sales strategy across existing and new revenue channels, such as Marketing (pipeline generation), Customer Success and Product (understanding the product roadmap and how to sell it)

  • Actively help to grow our Benelux/Nordics team in our Amsterdam office

  • Work closely with our SVP of Global Sales, Finance & Legal and Customer Relationship teams and other key stakeholders in developing the annual revenue plan based on historical trends, industry growth expectations and execution priorities

  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement

  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts

  • Bring your thinking, strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture and vision for the future


  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Sales Leader or Senior Enterprise Account Executive within a SaaS environment in the Benelux/Nordics market

  • Very eager to build a successful team in the Benelux/Nordics region

  • Be a dynamic and flexible professional and go the extra mile to develop the market

  • Successful track record of hitting revenue targets

  • You are a passionate leader with a positive mindset and can-do attitude

  • You are a highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who loves to work in a diverse and international team

  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively
