As a Public Relations & Events Manager you will take over the operational management of all upcoming events, Staffbase owned or sponsored. You will define and pass an end to end process from planning, to marketing to organizing and to evaluating events. Therefore we are looking for someone who is highly solution oriented and brings excellent communication and organizational skills.

Plan and manage event campaigns to boost attendance at each event.
Coordinate Staffbase presence at industry conferences worldwide.
Organize all aspects of the event production (location, program, invitation management, on-site org).
Create event materials based on the Staffbase branding guideline.
Work with third-party vendors.
Work closely together with Partners, Sales and Customer Success.
You have a background in Corporate Communications, Event Management or similar
You are highly solution orientated and creative
You love to grow fast and you are mentally flexible
You have at least 2 years experience in a comparable role
You speak and write German and English fluently
You do not hesitate to take initiative and understand that relationship building is a professional tool
You are a team player and love to work in cross-functional projects
