We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join the team! This role can be based in any of our European offices and we offer a full-time permanent contract. As our new Sales Operations Specialist you will oil Staffbase’ sales engine and manage our Go-To-Market strategy & operations processes to maximise sales effectiveness and productivity.
Your tasks include:
Coordinate sales forecasting, business reviews, reporting and dash boarding, compensation administration and the daily operational execution of the business
Drive international strategy and expansion planning, evaluate market opportunity against investment levels and risk and ensure alignment across our departments
Strategically develop our territory methodology, identify target customers and assist in account prioritization
Lead end-to-end annual planning and budgeting cycles
Own the sales compensation strategy and administration
2+ years of experience in a sales operations role
Proficient in managing and administrating CRM systems such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce
Analytical, technical and at the same time creative mindset
Excellent time manager, with the ability to manage and meet deadlines
Ability to build cross departmental relationships and be an active influencer with confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders
Strong communication skills in English
