We are now looking for experienced  Solutions Engineers to join our team in our EMEA offices!

Your tasks include:

• Work with our prospective customers to find the best setup for their internal communications needs

• Uncover business pain points (the prospective customer isn't aware of yet) and help understand how Staffbase can address them

• Become a strategic partner to our Account Executives and a trusted advisor to our prospective customers

• Build and deliver custom demos and lead technical evaluations of the Staffbase platform in collaboration with our Account Executives

• Consult customers regarding our APIs, our architecture recommendation and implementation approaches

• You already worked in a similar role, ideally in a Pre-Sales set-up

• Excellent communication skills in English and enjoyment in working with customers directly

• Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical people

• Ability to connect business pain points to technical solutions

• Hands-on experience in project management

• Expertise with web development, preferably knowledge with HTML/CSS and at least one programming language like JavaScript, Java, PHP, NodeJS

• Experience with enterprise software and common concepts/integrations is a plus: SAP, Workday, Single Sign-on, Active Directory, etc.

• Knowledge about security and compliance topics in a SaaS environment is a plus

• You are a highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who loves to work in a diverse and international team
